• Open cell: breathable, softer foam — best for attics, walls, soundproofing

• Closed cell: rigid, moisture-resistant — ideal for floors, sheds, garages, external surfaces

❓ How long does spray foam last?

Properly installed, spray foam can last 30+ years with no maintenance. It won’t sag, compress, or degrade like traditional insulation.

❓ Is spray foam safe for homes?

Yes — we use NSAI-certified materials applied by trained installers. When installed properly, spray foam is safe, airtight, and building-reg compliant.

❓ How long does it take to install?

Most residential installs (e.g. attics or sheds) take 1 day or less. Larger commercial or farm buildings may take 2–3 days.

❓ Does it cause condensation?

Not when installed correctly. We ensure all projects meet Irish ventilation and moisture control standards, with vent cardsand breathable systems where needed.

❓ Can I get a grant for spray foam insulation?

Yes. You may qualify for SEAI home energy grants for:
